In 2009, we will be hosting another fantastic festival, with
gigs on Friday night, Saturday afternoon and evening AND a
Sunday morning Gospel Session and afternoon concert.
The Hallow Tree venue is close to Ipswich and has loads
of space for picking, camping, drinking and
concerts. Hallow Trees Camp Ground has fantastic facilities,
with several large halls for picking along side smaller
rooms for workshops and our huge Concert tent which will
seat 500. Find out more information in the

New THUSDAY
Night informal sessions and scratch bands on stage in the
bar area available for all weekend ticket holders. Make the
2009 Festival a really long weekend by joining us on
Thursday night for Beer and Bluegrass.
Open MIC Sessions:
After the success of the previous Open Mic Sessions
we have more time slots available for anyone to play to an
audience in the bar. The stage and PA will be up and running
from Friday. Anyone is welcome to play from soloists to
scratch bands, please sign up

Workshops 2009 |

After last years excellent workshops, we
have another series planned for 2009. There will be
workshops for all bluegrass instruments lead by some of the
best musicians in the country. This includes a Singing /
Vocal Workshop hosted by Gary and Sherryl Payne. |
